Refund Policy
Cancellations:
We want to ensure you have a pleasant experience when placing an order with us! Just a quick reminder: if you change your mind after making a purchase, you have a generous 24-hour window to cancel it free of charge.
If you decide to cancel within this timeframe, rest assured that we will be more than happy to process a full refund within 2 to 3 business days (depending on your bank's processing time). Your satisfaction is our top priority!
Damaged/Incorrect Items:
For products that arrive incorrect, defective, or damaged during transit by the carrier, please contact us. In such cases, we will handle either a refund or reshipment of your order at no additional cost to you. However, we will need a photo/video of the damaged item to process a reshipment or refund. If you wish to return the products, we will provide you with the necessary steps, and shipping will be covered by us.
Returns:
We want you to have the best shopping experience possible, which is why we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, feel free to contact our support team, and we will do our best to assist you.
Please note that for a return to be accepted, products must be in their original condition, classified as "new"—meaning they must be unopened and still in their original packaging, with no signs of prior use. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are here to ensure you are happy with your purchase! Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How can I request a refund?
To return your item, please email us at hello@birdzen-int.com. The return window is 3 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be in new condition. If the item is not in new condition, we unfortunately cannot process a refund.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
If the item arrives damaged, VinyStar will cover the return shipping costs. If the customer changes their mind within 14 days of delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Liability for Logistics Issues:
At Birdzen, we do our best to ensure fast and efficient shipping of your orders. However, once packages are handed over to delivery companies, their transportation and logistics management become their responsibility.
We cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by these carriers. In case of any issues, we encourage you to contact the customer service of the relevant delivery company directly. Nevertheless, we remain available to assist you with your inquiries if needed.
Refund Guarantee:
Birdzen offers a refund guarantee.
However, this guarantee does NOT apply if:

Customers are unsatisfied with the color of the product ordered.

Issues arise due to delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping company.
